When we are experiencing stress or high anxiety, significant changes happen in our bodies and brains, which can leave us feeling uncomfortable in our own bodies. Breath practices can be a powerful way to modulate stress by helping to calm and sooth our agitated nervous system. One of my favorite breath practices is humming breath, also called bee’s breath in yoga.

Have you ever had a worry question or concern get stuck in your head? Yep, me too. When this happens, it’s usually because we’re worried about something. Sometimes, these repetitive questions can feel annoying and obnoxious. Sometimes, they can feel much worse than that, triggering all kinds of catastrophic thoughts and increasing stress levels in your body. Ack! That’s no fun.
